My name is Darington, and I'm a handsome Red Heeler mix! What's a Heeler, you ask? It's another name for an Australian Cattle Dog. Because herding is a natural trait of the breed, you may occasionally see me trying to keep everyone organized!

I'm about 3 years old, up to date on my vaccines and not yet neutered. I tested positive for heartworms, but please don't let that discourage you-my heartworm treatment is included in my adoption fee.

I'm a stunning fellow who is always alert and interested in what's happening around me. I walk well on a leash, I'm housebroken, and I get along with other dogs. I do shed a little, but nothing like a Husky or Great Pyrenees!

My ideal home would have a large, securely fenced yard where I can stretch my legs and enjoy some supervised outdoor time. I also love being indoors with my people-especially during this Arkansas heat!

If you're looking for a smart, loyal and handsome companion, come meet me. I might be just the fellow you've been waiting for!
